It was the end of an era in St. Stephen’s – in June 2007, one of our most popular teachers, Mr. Carey, retired after over 30 years teaching in our school.
The school staff and all our pupils gathered in the yard, where Mr. Carey told some stories, gave some advice to the boys, and thanked everyone for his many happy years in our school. Here’s a small number of photos from Mr. Carey’s final day in St. Stephen’s De La Salle:
