More awesome artwork from 5th Class! As part of Space Week, the boys were learning about the solar system and the planets in the Sun’s family! They also learned the mnemonic “My Very Educated Mate Just Served Us Nachos” to help remember the order of the planets – Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune. Following this interesting discussion, the class showed some real imagination and drew either the entire solar system, or a favourite planet. Check out some of the fantastic work in the gallery below:
