Tiernan, Jack and Liam from Mr. R. Hayden’s 6th Class organised a No Uniform Day in aid of Dublin Zoo. The boys expressed their concern about the plight of the animals in Dublin Zoo, especially the endangered species, since the onset of Covid-19 which saw Dublin Zoo and zoos all over the world shut down. Tiernan, Jack and Liam sponsored some endangered animals with the money that was raised – which was an an incredible €630!!! They have sponsored a range of endangered animals and have passed over the project to a new group of boys to continue in 2021/2022. We in St. Stephen’s are so proud of the boys for showing initiative and planning the fundraiser as they did. We wish Ryan, James and Bobby well in their efforts next year. Well done, boys!
