What a SUPER day in Mr. Russell’s 5th Class! The boys had an hour long chat with author Tom Rogers on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024 about the excellent book “Eleven” which the class had read while learning about the events of September 11th, 2001 in the USA and talked about the writing process, the work of an author and had a Q&A about the book. The boys were delighted to grab a class photo too! Thanks so much to author Tom Rogers for chatting with our boys and giving them so much time and advice – and for getting up at 5:30am in the morning (because of the time difference between Los Angeles, California, USA and Waterford, Ireland) to join the boys!
