From an amazing idea shared by Cassie Stephens on her art blog, the boys in Mr. Russell’s 3rd Class 2021/2022 made their own amazing super kid self portraits! But these are no ordinary portraits – these are a reflection of the times that we are living in with Covid-19 and the need to wear face masks to protect ourselves and others. Cassie Stephens came up with the great idea of a masked face selfie that opens to reveal the full wonder of people’s faces, as well as some of the wonderful characteristics of the person. The boys did a terrific job on these, and we all think that they are absolutely fantastic!
