Mr. Russell’s 3rd Class 2023/2024 took part in the 3D Printing Sustainability Challenge!

The boys had to choose between one of these challenges: “Second Life”, where they would have to find another use for something that already exists. Design and 3D print elements to give it a ‘second life’ OR “Life Extension”, where they had to extend the life of something that would otherwise be thrown out by repairing/improving it with 3D printed parts.

The class chose “Life Extension” and after a long time thinking about it, and the inspiration of a rainy day, they came up with a great idea! To find out about the idea and how they put it into action, watch the video below!
