Miss Tyrrell’s Class went to Winterval on Thursday, December 17th – but they didn’t just go to one or two events at Winterval… no, no. They had a GOLDEN TICKET!!! The lucky boys had a magical day with all the different activities that they were able to do!

They went on the Winterval Express Train all around Waterford, took a ride on the horses on the Carousel, visited the Toy Museum and saw some very cool Transformers and Star Wars toys, they took Pony Rides, and were able to explore inside a real fire truck and Garda car. The Gardaí were thinking about hanging on to a few of the boys!!! They went riding on the Helter Skelter and the Ferris Wheel. And after ALL of that, the class got to meet Santa himself!!! When it was time to go back to school, everyone got an RSA goodie bag with safety gear, a selection box and a colouring book in the bag. Wow!
