From an amazing idea shared by Cassie Stephens on her art blog, the boys in Miss Power’s 3rd Class made their own amazing super kid self portraits! But these are no ordinary portraits – these are a reflection of the times that we are living in with Covid-19 and the need to wear face masks to protect ourselves and others. Cassie Stephens came up with the great idea of a masked face selfie that opens to reveal the full wonder of people’s faces, as well as some of the wonderful characteristics of the person. The boys did a terrific job on these, and we all think that they are absolutely fantastic! Check out the results in the gallery below:
