Lots of messy, messy fun in Mr. Russell’s 3rd Class 2023/2024 as the boys experimented with clay to create donuts. It was indeed a messy process but a very rewarding one as the boys worked to shape their raw lump of clay into the shape of a ring donut. The drying process took several days, after which the boys added paint to make the dull shapes look more like the donuts that they would like to eat! Check out the tasty looking results in the gallery below – but FYI, we wouldn’t recommend trying to eat these!!
