In March 2022, we had David Gillick, former Olympian, Irish record holder, Master Chef winner and Marathon Kids Ireland ambassador in to visit and speak with 5th and 6th Classes. He discussed the benefits of exercise for mind and body. He also spoke about goal setting and having little targets to help us improve in all aspects of our lives.
