One of the highlights of Maths Week 2020 in Mr. Russell’s 3rd Class was the Money Challenge! The idea behind the Money Challenge is to see how Maths is all around us. The challenge was great fun and a good test of the class’ skills with using money. Each group was given a toy store catalogue. They were given different scenarios and had to complete the task in a time limit. The boys in 3rd Class really enjoyed the challenge and had great fun practicing their Maths skills and using the catalogues to spend money.
